Drop the meeting link. Get the tasks.
Here is a real meeting from this week. Someone shares the Read AI link in the meeting-notes channel. The assistant reads the whole meeting, finds every action item and proposes the tasks.
Once a person approves, they are created: fifteen tasks from one meeting, each with a link to open it in ClickUp or in Pulse.
- An owner, a due date and the right ClickUp list on every task
- Nothing is created until a person approves
- Weekly goals and vague items are listed as left out, not made into tasks
- No typing. No forgetting.
